The South Side Works is ready to become bigger and better. The Soffer Organization has announced plans to develop The Hofbrauhaus restaurant, a four-star hotel, and the first phase of SouthShore Riverfront Park.
As I stated in my “Invest in Pittsburgh” post, the South Side of Pittsburgh remains a hot spot for new developments. The trend of building up the waterfront properties in Pittsburgh, is becoming a very common occurrence. This is just another example of major developments happening in the Pittsburgh area.
