
According to Reis, Inc. of New York, Pittsburgh office vacancy rate in the fourth quarter of 2007 has fallen to 17.3%. This is a drop of 1.8% compared to the fourth quarter of 2006.The positive reports keep rolling in. With vacancy rates declining, Pittsburgh keeps showing why it’s a great market for investors. There are no signs of this area slowing down.
