While the rest of country is worried about money trouble, Pittsburgh keeps introducing new developments on a regular basis. Pittsburgh used to talk a big game, now they are playing in the game. There are a lot of people who have been waiting a long time to see this type of progress and positive steps being taken.
The new arena construction is about to begin. A new $290 million dollar arena will be replacing the historic igloo.

Millcraft Industries yesterday announced plans for not one, but two major new developments. With a combined total of around $240 million, Millcraft Industries has become one of the major players in the downtown Pittsburgh market.
