
The East Liberty section of Pittsburgh is becoming a hot spot for redevelopment and the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) is helping out. By the end of the 2011 summer, a new Target store is to be completed. Add in the multi-use development Bakery Square, millions of dollars are being appointed to upgrades around the community.
This section of Pittsburgh is really making moves. Numerous developments are sprouting up all over. With a good amount of commercial development happening in East Liberty, residential focused real estate could become an interesting area to keep an eye on.
