What can $179.4 million dollars get you in Pittsburgh? About 1.5 million SF of Class A office space. Highwood Properties of Raleigh, NC has purchased the very desirable PPG Place’s. Their purchase is a great benefit to current and future tenants, as they have pledged to make $17.1 million in improvements and $8.1 million current tenant improvements. The building has 81.2% occupancy.
